30 years of professional experience formed Ogün through various positions, 13 years in hospitality, 10 years as Basketball Club Manager & Coach, 17 years with LVMH. He is strongly shaped by a visionary entrepreneurial spirit coupled with the feeling for challenges and profound creative expertise. His innovative skills drive him to achieve trend-setting success in every enterprising phase and at every corporate level.

He studied Economic Geography at LMU in Munich/Germany followed by a diploma in Hotel Management. He obtained a bachelor’s degree for Sports Business Management.

During his gastronomy years he surpassed several experience levels from Waiter up to Chief Operating Manager as well as a Consultant for Catering and Hospitality Companies.

Starting 2001 at LVMH, he fulfilled various International Roles (London, Paris, Portugal, Gibraltar, Malta, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey) as an Executive Manager. He led several global projects for the development of commercial marketing strategies establishing new brands and organizations. In 2013 he built from zero the branch of Moet Hennessy Turkey for LVMH and led it as Managing Director until 2018 based in Istanbul.

From 2018/2019, he served as Interim CEO for the Turkish Premium Streetwear Fashion Brand ‘Les Benjamins’ to restructure the organization and reposition the brand within the global luxury fashion industry.

After 12 years in Southern Europe and Turkey he moved back to Germany/Munich and founded TABESINC Consulting realizing the creation of operational/commercial strategies and concepts for any premium target group/goods by investing into ideal new corporate structures whilst respecting the existing cultural benefits of an organization to spark innovation, secure growth and profitability.

He is driven by substantial visionary entrepreneurial spirit combined with a taste for challenges and a strong expertise in Gastronomy/Hospitality, Events, Sales, Marketing, Brand Building, Retail, Operations, Finance, Distribution, Crisis Management, Recruitment, Team Leading/Building, Startup and Organization Creation with skills to achieve remarkable footprints or turn directions at any critical stage at every business level of a corporate.
