Erk Toros completed his university education at the Middle Eastern Technical University.

Between 1999-2009 he was the General Manager of MKE Ankaragucu Football Club and at the same time he served as the General Secretary of Turkey Super League clubs between 2002-2005. Between 2011 and 2015, he was the partner at Rispect Sports Agency and he still holds a partnership in Players Agent TRS founded in 2009. Since 2016, he has been acting as a Player Representative at the same company.
